Each yacht charter is staffed with a trained crew, includes all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. The exact offerings can vary depending on the type of charter — for instance, sunset trips come with specialty drinks and small bites while corporate charters may feature meeting amenities and custom catering services.
How much time should I allow when making a booking?
To secure your preferred date, especially during our busy period from May through September, we suggest arranging your yacht charter 2–3 weeks ahead. For business gatherings or private functions, reserving your charter 4–6 weeks early would provide more flexibility for personalization and greater vessel options.
What's the protocol if the weather turns bad?
Your safety stands as our paramount concern. Should our captain evaluate the weather as dangerous, we'll look to arrange another date for your yacht charter or give a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if adverse conditions seem likely 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you are free to bring your own meals and non-alcoholic beverages onboard. Nonetheless, we also provide excellent food services that can be tailored to your taste. Keep in mind, for the safety of everyone, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do you offer yachts that are accessible for individuals with special mobility requirements?
We make every effort to ensure our services are inclusive. Certain yachts in our fleet offer better facilities for ease of access than others. We urge you to get in touch with us during the booking process to discuss your particular requirements so we can recommend the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary preparations.
Can you outline your policy on cancellations?
If a cancellation occurs 72 hours or more before the scheduled departure, the full amount will be refunded. Should you cancel between 24–72 hours prior to departure, a 50% refund is granted. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time unfortunately cannot be refunded unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
